Ανακοινώνεται ότι η προθεσμία για την εγγραφή των παιδιών, στους Παιδικούς Σταθμούς Δήμου Βέροιας, αρχίζει στις 7 Ιουνίου και λήγει στις 3 Ιουλίου 2013. Κατά την εγγραφή επιλέγονται παιδιά ηλικίας 2,5 ετών έως την εγγραφή τους στο Νηπιαγωγείο, με την προϋπόθεση ότι μπορούν να αυτοεξυπηρετούνται.
Για την εγγραφή των παιδιών στους Παιδικούς Σταθμούς απαιτούνται τα εξής δικαιολογητικά:
1 Αίτηση γονέα ή κηδεμόνα. 2. Πιστοποιητικό γέννησης του παιδιού ή οικογενειακής κατάστασης 3. Βεβαίωση παιδιάτρου, υγιούς κατάστασης του παιδιού. 4. Πρόσφατο αντίγραφο εκκαθαριστικού σημειώματος . 5.Βεβαίωση εργασίας και αποδοχών τελευταίου μήνα των μητέρων που είναι υπάλληλοι δημοσίου και Ο.Τ.Α και αντίγραφο μηχανογραφημένων ενσήμων των μητέρων που είναι ιδιωτικοί υπάλληλοι. 6. Αντίγραφο της δήλωσης έναρξης επιτηδεύματος για τις αυτοαπασχολούμενες μητέρες. 7. Βεβαίωση ασφάλισης από τον Ο.Γ.Α, για μητέρες που είναι αγρότισσες. 8. Υπεύθυνη δήλωση του Ν.1599/86 όπου θα αναφέρονται τυχόν λόγοι υγείας ή άλλοι κοινωνικοί λόγοι),με την διακριτική ευχέρεια της υπηρεσίας να κάνει κοινωνική έρευνα. 9. Άδεια παραμονής στη χώρα μας (αφορά τους αλλοδαπούς).
Για την επανεγγραφή των νηπίων στους Παιδικούς Σταθμούς απαιτούνται τα εξής δικαιολογητικά
1 Αίτηση γονέα ή κηδεμόνα 2. Πρόσφατο αντίγραφο εκκαθαριστικού σημειώματος . 3.Βεβαίωση εργασίας και αποδοχών τελευταίου μήνα της μητέρας και απόσπασμα ατομικού λογαριασμού ασφάλισης
