Σύμφωνα με την υπ. αριθ. 249/4906/06-11-2020 απόφαση του προέδρου ΚΑΠΑ, αναστέλλεται η λειτουργία του Δ΄ Παιδικού Σταθμού του ΚΑΠΑ Δήμου Βέροιας (Άλσος Παπάγου), από 06/11/2020 εως και την Παρασκευή 20/11/2020 λόγω ύπαρξης επιβεβαιωμένου θετικού κρούσματος ιού covid-19 στο υπαλληλικό δυναμικό της ως άνω δομής. Το παραπάνω διάστημα δε θα λειτουργήσει και το λεωφορείο που εκτελεί δρομολόγια μεταφοράς των νηπίων προς τον παιδικό σταθμό και προς τον Βρεφονηπιακό σταθμό Ασωμάτων.
Στο χώρο του παραπάνω παιδικού σταθμού και στο λεωφορείο έχει ήδη υλοποιηθεί απολύμανση η οποία θα επαναληφθεί τις επόμενες ημέρες ενώ τέθηκαν άμεσα σε εφαρμογή τα προβλεπόμενα πρωτόκολλα αναστολής λειτουργίας και υγειονομικού περιεχομένου.
