Δημοπρασία πλειοδοτική φανερή και προφορική για την εκμίσθωση κυλικείου του ΦΙΛΙΠΠΕΙΟΥ δημοτικού γυμναστηρίου Βέροιας που βρίσκεται στο Δήμο Βέροιας, στον ισόγειο χώρο της δυτικής πλευράς του κλειστού γυμναστηρίου – οδός: 16ης Οκτωβρίου 5Α, εμβαδού 26,40 τ.μ., η οποία θα διενεργηθεί στα γραφεία Διοίκησης του Ν.Π.Δ.Δ., επί της οδού Θ. Ζωγιοπούλου 5, 4ος όροφος, την Πέμπτη 02/12/2021και ώρα 10:00π.μ. ενώπιον της Επιτροπής διενέργειας δημοπρασιών. Σε περίπτωση που δεν προσέλθει κάποιος πλειοδότης η δημοπρασία θα επαναληφθεί σε μια εβδομάδα, στις 09/12/2021 στον ίδιο χώρο και την ίδια μέρα και ώρα.
Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής στην Δημοπρασία έχουν φυσικά ή νομικά πρόσωπα τα οποία αποδέχονται ανεπιφύλακτα τους όρους της διακήρυξης, δεν έχουν καταδικαστεί ή τελούν υπό πτώχευση και δεν έχουν καμία ληξιπρόθεσμη οφειλή προς το Ν.Π. «ΚΑΠΑ Δήμου Βέροιας» και στο Δήμο Βέροιας.
Για να γίνει κάποιος δεκτός στη δημοπρασία πρέπει να καταθέσειτα δικαιολογητικά μέχρι την 1η Δεκεμβρίου 2021 και ώρα 13:00, στην Διοικητική έδρα του ΚΑΠΑ Δ. Βέροιας, Θ. Ζωγιοπούλου 5 – 4ος όροφος.
Η διάρκεια της σύμβασης είναι για τέσσερα (4) χρόνια (με δικαίωμα παράτασης για ένα έτος) και αρχίζει από την υπογραφή του συμφωνητικού και εγκατάστασης του μισθωτή.
Η διακήρυξη θα αναρτηθεί στον πίνακα ανακοινώσεων του Νομικού Προσώπου και στο Δημοτικό κατάστημα του Δήμου Βέροιας, όπως επίσης θα καταχωρηθεί και στην ιστοσελίδα, στη διεύθυνση (URL): www.veriakapa.gr
