Οκτώβριος, ο μήνας των ηλικιωμένων καθώς η 1η Οκτωβρίου καθιερώθηκε ως Παγκόσμια ημέρα της Τρίτης Ηλικίας.
Στα πλαίσια αυτής της ημέρας το Ζ΄ Τμήμα Κοινωνικής Προστασίας, Αλληλεγγύης, Εθελοντισμού και Υγείας του Ν Π.ΚΑΠΑ ΔΗΜΟΥ ΒΕΡΟΙΑΣ, υλοποίησε ένα 12ημερο δράσεων, αφιερωμένο στην Τρίτη Ηλικία, αφιερωμένο στα μέλη των Κοινωνικών Φορέων του( ΚΑΠΗ,ΚΗΦΗ,ΒΣΣ, Δ.Ι.).
Ξεκινήσαμε με μια μονοήμερη εκδρομή στα λουτρά Πόζαρ και συνεχίσαμε με εποικοδομητικές ομιλίες διαφόρων ειδικοτήτων (Ψυχολόγων, Φυσικοθεραπευτών, Εργοθεραπείας, Κοινωνικών Λειτουργών) που αφορούσαν θέματα άνοιας, φροντίδας, στήριξης και υποστήριξης και δράσεις νοητικής ενδυνάμωσης για τα μέλη μας, που έλαβαν χώρα τόσο στο ΚΗΦΗ Βέροιας, όσο και στα κατά τόπους ΚΑΠΗ, διανύσαμε έναν περίπατο ζωής και στήριξης στους δρόμους της Βέροιας, δείχνοντας σε όλους ότι η Τρίτη Ηλικία είναι ενεργός και παρούσα.
Το 12ημερο δράσεων, ολοκληρώθηκε με την γιορτή που διοργάνωσε το ΚΗΦΗ Βέροιας για τους Ωφελούμενους του και τους Φροντιστές τους και προκάλεσε ρίγη συγκίνησης!!!
Ο Πρόεδρος του Ν.Π.ΚΑΠΑ ΔΗΜΟΥ ΒΕΡΟΙΑΣ, κ. Αθανάσιος Δέλλας, η Διευθύντρια κ. Αθανασία Γιαμουστάρη, η Προϊσταμένη κ. Παναγιωτίδου Σοφία, καθώς και το προσωπικό όλων των Κοινωνικών Τμημάτων του ΚΑΠΑ Βέροιας, θα βρίσκεται πάντα δίπλα στην Τρίτη Ηλικία, στηρίζοντας τα μέλη του, με εκτίμηση και σεβασμό στις ανάγκες τους!
