Στα πλαίσια δράσεων για την προάσπιση της Υγείας, το ΚΑΠΗ Δήμου Βεροίας του Ν.Π.ΚΑΠΑ Δήμου Βεροίας σε συνεργασία με το Κ.Υ.ΒΕΡΟΙΑΣ, διοργάνωσε ενημερωτική ομιλία με θέμα «ΑΚΡΑΤΕΙΑ ΟΥΡΩΝ ΚΑΙ ΑΣΚΗΣΕΙΣ ΕΝΔΥΝΑΜΩΣΗΣ ΠΥΕΛΙΚΟΥ ΕΔΑΦΟΥΣ (KEGEL)».
H δράση έλαβε χώρα την Δευτέρα 13 Μαρτίου στο χώρο του ΚΑΠΗ ΠΡΟΜΗΘΕΑ ΒΕΡΟΙΑΣ. Τα μέλη του ΚΑΠΗ είχαν την ευκαιρία να ακούσουν την ενδιαφέρουσα Ομιλία-Παρουσίαση του Ιατρού – Ουρολόγου του Κ.Υ κ. Χρυσάφη Βασίλειο, ο οποίος μας μίλησε για τα αίτια της πάθησης και τον τρόπο αντιμετώπισης της. Ακολούθησε η παρουσίαση των ασκήσεων KEGEL από την κ. Καλλιούπη Αναστασία, Μαία του Κ.Υ.ΒΕΡΟΙΑΣ, , ειδικές ασκήσεις οι οποίες υποβοηθούν στην ενδυνάμωση του πυελικού εδάφους. Μετά το πέρας των παρουσιάσεων ακλούθησε συζήτηση με τα μέλη του ΚΑΠΗ .
