Ολοκληρώθηκε ο Κύκλος των ενημερωτικών Ομιλιών , για την προάσπιση υγείας που γίνεται σε συνεργασία με την 8η ΤΟΜΥ Βέροιας, για τα μέλη των ΚΑΠΗ ΒΕΡΟΙΑΣ.
Τα μέλη μας είχαν την ευκαιρία να παρακολουθήσουν την τόσο ενδιαφέρουσα ομιλία με Θέμα ”Προαγωγή Ενεργούς και Υγιούς Γήρανση” που επιτεύχθηκε σε συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο Συντονιστή τον Γενικό Ιατρό της 8ης ΤΟΜΥ Βέροιας Κο Τζαφερη Ηλία, και πραγματοποιήθηκε την Πέμπτη 30 Μάρτιου στο ΚΑΠΗ των Εργατικών και την Δευτέρα 3 Απρίλιου στον χώρο του Κεντρικού ΚΑΠΗ ΒΕΡΟΙΑΣ.
Οι παρευρισκόμενοι, ενημερώθηκαν ,από υπεύθυνο προσωπικό της 8ης ΤΟΜΥ ΒΕΡΟΙΑΣ, τον Κο Θεοδωρίδη Κωνσταντίνο, Επισκέπτη υγείας και την Κα Μαριέττα Τσίπη Νοσηλεύτρια ,οι οποίοι μίλησαν για τα προβλήματα που εμφανίζονται με το πέρας της ηλικίας, τους τρόπους πρόληψης και αντιμετώπισης τους και τα οφέλη της σωστής διατροφής και σωματικής Άσκησης.
