Όταν το ΚΑΠΗ Βέροιας (Κέντρο Ανοιχτής Προστασίας Ηλικιωμένων) μεταμορφώνεται σε οινότητα διάκοπης αραγωγικότητας όλωντωνλικιών πολλά θαύματα μπορούν να συμβούν. Ένα από αυτά ζήσαμεκι εμείς εκπαιδευτικοί και μαθητές/τριες της Ε΄και Στ΄τάξης του Δ.Σ. ΑγίαςΜαρίνας -Τριλόφου την Πέμπτη 6 Απριλίου 2023. 6 ευφάνταστες κυρίες του ΚΑΠΗ Βέροιας με την Υπεύθυνη εργοθεραπεύτρια του τμήματος κ. Άννα Τσίτση φιλοτέχνησαν μαζί μετα παιδιά υπέροχες πασχαλινές κάρτες με την τεχνική του ντεκουπάζ. Μια δίωρη αλληλεπίδραση με την τρίτη ηλικία και ο δρόμος μας “φωτίστηκε” με υπομονή,εμπειρία κι αστείρευτη γνώση. Το πιο σπουδαίο μας μάθημα ,όμως, ήταν η διδασκαλία αυτούτουτόσο σημαντικού συστατικού της μακροζωίας ,της δημιουργικότητας. Aν θέλουμε να μείνουμε υγιείς καθώς μεγαλώνουμε και να εξασφαλίσουμε ποιότητα ζωής, ίσως θα πρέπει να προσθέσουμε μερικούς ακόμη μυς στην καθημερινή μας άσκηση: εκείνους της δημιουργικότητας. “Γηράσκω αεί διδασκόμενος”,λοιπόν.
