Στα πλαίσια της Παγκόσμιας Μέρας Μουσείου, το ΚΑΠΗ Δήμου Βέροιας του Ν.Π.ΚΑΠΑ Δήμου Βέροιας, διοργάνωσε για τα μέλη του μια μονοήμερη εκδρομή ,με προορισμό τον Αρχαιολογικό Χώρο των Φιλλιπων Καβαλας. Με σύμμαχο τον καιρό, και μετα από μια στάση στην ασπροβάλτα, οι εκδρομείς είχαν την ευκαιρία να επισκεφθούν τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο των Φιλλιπων, και να ξεναγηθούν με επίσημους ξεναγούς, στην αρχαιά πόλη της Ανατολικής Μακεδονίας, με αρχικό όνομα Κρηνιδες, να ακολουθήσουν τα βήματα του Αποστόλου Παύλου και να δουν την πρώτη χριστιανική εκκλησία, να διασχίσουν την Εγνατία οδό και να προσκυνήσουν με ευλάβεια την φυλακή του Αποστόλου Παύλου. Στη συνέχεια επισκέφθηκαν το βαπτιστήριο της Λυδιας που βρίσκεται στο Ζυγάκτη Ποταμο, όπου ο Απόστολος Παυλος, βάπτισε την πρώτη Ελληνίδα Χριστιανή ,την Λυδια Φιλλιπησια. Με έντονα συναισθήματα και θετικές εντυπώσεις από το ιστορικό μας ταξίδι, φτάσαμε στο Άνω Κεφαλάρι, το πανέμορφο χωριό της Δράμας, που θυμίζει Ολλανδία και απολαμβάνοντας το υπέροχο φυσικό περιβάλλον , γευματίσαμε σε παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες του χωριού! Η Εκδρομή έκλεισε με τον τελευταίο σταθμό ,στη μαγευτική ΚΑΒΑΛΑ, παίρνοντας τον δρόμο της επιστροφής με την καρδιά γεμάτη όμορφες αναμνήσεις!
