Το Νομικό Πρόσωπο «Κέντρο Κοινωνικής Προστασίας, Αλληλεγγύης, Αθλητισμού, Παιδείας και Προσχολικής Αγωγής Δήμου Βέροιας» ενδιαφέρεται να αναθέσει, με απευθείας ανάθεση, την εκτέλεση της εργασίας συντήρησης ανελκυστήρων των κτιρίων του Γ΄ και Δ΄ Παιδικών Σταθμών και της ανυψωτικής πλατφόρμας σκάλας ΑΜΕΑ του Φιλίππειου Γυμναστηρίου, του Νομικού Προσώπου για ένα έτος.
Η εργασία συντήρησης θα γίνει σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις της ΚΥΑ Φ.9.2/οικ. 32803/1308/1997 (ΦΕΚ/Β/81597) «Κατασκευή και λειτουργία ανελκυστήρων», όπως συμπληρώθηκε με την ΚΥΑ Φ.9.2/οικ.3899/253/2002 (ΦΕΚ/Β/291/08-03-2002) «Συμπλήρωση των διατάξεων σχετικά με την εγκατάσταση, λειτουργία, συντήρηση και ασφάλεια των ανελκυστήρων» η οποία αντικαταστάθηκε με την ΚΥΑ Φ.9.2/οικ.29362/1957/2005 (ΦΕΚ1797/Β/21-12-2005) «Αντικατάσταση της υπ’ αριθ. ΚΥΑ Φ.9.2/οικ.3899/253/2002 (ΦΕΚ/Β/291/08-03-2002)» καθώς και την ΚΥΑ Φ.Α/9.2/οικ.28425/2008 (ΦΕΚ 2640/Β/22-12-2008) «Συμπλήρωση διατάξεων σχετικά με την εγκατάσταση, λειτουργία, συντήρηση και ασφάλεια των ανελκυστήρων», η οποία είναι σε ισχύ.
Ο ανάδοχος (συνεργείο συντήρησης) θα πρέπει να διαθέτει την απαιτούμενη άδεια από την Διεύθυνση Ανάπτυξης της οικείας Νομαρχιακής Αυτοδιοίκησης, να έχει καταχωρηθεί στο μητρώο συντήρησης που τηρεί η Διεύθυνση αυτή, να διαθέτει Πιστοποίηση ISO 9001:2015 ΚΑΙ ISO 45001:2018 για την συντήρηση ανελκυστήρων και να διαθέτει τα κατάλληλα όργανα, μέσα και προσωπικό.
Μετά την συντήρηση, ο τεχνικός (ανάδοχος), είναι υποχρεωμένος να δίνει φύλλο ελέγχου συντήρησης του ανελκυστήρα, το οποίο θα φέρει και την υπογραφή του υπευθύνου του γραφείου, έτσι ώστε να διαπιστώνεται ότι, έχει γίνει η συντήρηση.
Τα κτίρια που απαιτείται να γίνει συντήρηση των ανελκυστήρων είναι τρία (3) και είναι τα παρακάτω :

Ο ενδεικτικός προϋπολογισμός της υπηρεσίας είναι 1.680,00€ με Φ.Π.Α. για ένα έτος (12 μήνες) και θα βαρύνει τον Κ.Α. 02.15.6264.004 «Συντήρηση και επισκευή ανελκυστήρων».
Παρακαλούμε να μας καταθέσετε σχετική προσφορά για την ανωτέρω υπηρεσία μέχρι την Παρασκευή 27/03/2020 μαζί με την απαιτούμενη άδεια από την Διεύθυνση Ανάπτυξης της οικείας Νομαρχιακής Αυτοδιοίκησης την οποία διαθέτει το συνεργείο σας και τα Πιστοποιητικά ISO 9001:2015 ΚΑΙ ISO 45001:2018 που διαθέτετε για την συντήρηση ανελκυστήρων, σύμφωνα με την τεχνική έκθεση.
