Το Ν.Π. ΚΑΠΑ Δήμου Βέροιας ανταποκρινόμενο στις αποφάσεις του Υπουργείου Εσωτερικών, του Υπουργείου Υγείας και του Εθνικού Οργανισμού Δημόσιας Υγείας, προχωρά σε μια σειρά μέτρων με σκοπό την διασφάλιση της δημόσιας υγείας και την προστασία των δημοτών, στον μέγιστο βαθμό, από την πανδημία του κορωνοϊού.
Με γνώμονα τα παραπάνω και εντολή του αρμόδιου διοίκησης φορέα, Προέδρου Δ.Σ. κ. ΑΚΡΙΒΟΠΟΥΛΟΥ ΛΕΩΝΙΔΑ αποφασίζονται τα ακόλουθα έκτακτα μέτρα για την λειτουργία του ΚΑΠΑ ΔΗΜΟΥ ΒΕΡΟΙΑΣ.
Συγκεκριμένα, από σήμερα, 17 Μαρτίου 2020, και μέχρι νεωτέρας οι υπηρεσίες του ΚΑΠΑΔΗΜΟΥ ΒΕΡΟΙΑΣ θα λειτουργούν από Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή, με ωράριο 09.00 π.μ. έως 13.00 μ.μ.
Η προσέλευση των πολιτών θα γίνεται κατόπιν τηλεφωνικής προσυνεννόησης (ραντεβού), ώστε να αποφεύγονται οι άσκοπεςμετακινήσεις και ο συνωστισμός και να διεκπεραιώνονται χωρίς καθυστερήσεις και αναμονή τα αναγκαία αιτήματα των πολιτών, η προσέλευση του κοινού περιορίζεται στο απολύτως απαραίτητα και η επικοινωνία θα γίνεται ως εξής:
1. Οι συναλλασσόμενοι θα διατυπώνουν τα αιτήματά τους τηλεφωνικά ή μέσω email. Στη δεύτερη περίπτωση, απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση είναι ο συναλλασσόμενος να αναφέρει τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας του (email και τηλέφωνο).
2. Ο ειδικός κατάλογος τηλεφώνων και ηλεκτρονικών διευθύνσεων για την εξυπηρέτηση του κοινού, κατά την περίοδο των εκτάκτων μέτρων λόγω κορωνοϊού, βρίσκονται στην ιστοσελίδα του ΚΑΠΑ ΔΗΜΟΥ ΒΕΡΟΙΑΣ (veriakapa.gr) .
3. Όλα τα έγγραφα, που ζητούν οι ενδιαφερόμενοι, θα τους αποστέλλονται μέσω email και θα πρέπει να έχουν τα στοιχεία επικοινωνίας του αρμόδιου υπαλλήλου.
4. Σε περίπτωση, που δεν είναι εφικτό ο ενδιαφερόμενος να εξυπηρετηθεί εξ αποστάσεως, αλλά πρέπει να επισκεφθεί την υπηρεσία, αυτό γίνεται μόνο μέσω ραντεβού. Το αίτημα για ραντεβού διατυπώνεται μέσω email ή τηλεφώνου.
5. Στην είσοδο των υπηρεσιών, θα υπάρχει υπάλληλος, που θα υποδέχεται τους συναλλασσόμενους, θα ελέγχει αν όντως έχουν κλείσει ραντεβού, και θα τους κατευθύνει σχετικά, ώστε να είναι ελεγχόμενη η αναμονή και η είσοδός τους.
6. Σε αυτή την κατεύθυνση, πραγματοποιούνται οι αναγκαίες προσαρμογές των χώρων για την υποδοχή, αναμονή και εξυπηρέτηση των πολιτών.
Οι υπάλληλοι, που θα εργάζονται, στο πλαίσιο της ατομικής ευθύνης, θα περιορίσουν τις μετακινήσεις τους στις απολύτως απαραίτητες.
